This information is in reference to items listed in the plan details to help answer any questions you may have. It gives a general description of the customer that would most likely benefit the most from that specific plan.
Essentials Plan
This is a great option for home owners that just want a little piece of mind and a little help around the house with things here and there. A great option for elderly in need of some routine tasks done, or handyman type repairs. You can request as many items as you'd like when booking your service call and we will do our best to complete as much as we can. The length of time specified for the service calls are a general reference to help give the customer some perspective to use with reasonable expectations to decide what they wish to request to be done, we do not pull out a stop watch. With that said, don't worry if the timer is almost up. We won't stop mid-task and pack up and leave you without water or require more money. If there is an expectation that a certain task will take longer than what is covered it will be discussed with the customer prior to executing any action towards the task and no additional funds may be collected or charged to the customer unless they are notified and approve of the added charge. In fact, most of our staff don't mind going the extra mile especially when somebody is in need, or is a good customer, and even if they are just a decent human being. We are big on customer care here.
WHAT YOU GET WITH THIS: is good sound reassurance that your home is being looked after by a seasoned tradesman. Routine things like air filters for hvac's or cleaning out filters for window mount/portable units and furnaces, checking water heaters, looking for any signs of leaks in pipes or from the roof, and any potential issues that could be most likely avoided with routine maintenance. It also covers doing some elective projects such as upgrading light and plumbing fixtures, installing new plugs and switches including dimmer switches, hanging pictures, fixing cabinets, assembling furniture, and anything else handyman. There is no real guideline on the tasks that can be performed during service calls, (AS LONG AS ITS LEGAL AND SAFE AND REASONABLE).
Home Care + Plan
This is an upgrade from the essentials but includes all the same stipulations of the essential plan. The difference is the amount of service calls included, and it includes some bonuses that are not considered a service call. The bonuses change occasionally (but are locked in once your subscription has started). Also if a specific bonus or perk does not apply to you you may inquire about substituting the bonus for another task or project.
Home 360 Plan
This plan includes all things listed in the Essentials * Care + Plans. The major difference here is the amount of service calls per month and also the ability to combine multiple service calls to get an entire day, up to 3 consecutive days allowing you to get alot of stuff done with having to only pay for materials. You may combine 1 months services into 1 day for a full day for free. Each additional day you combine consecutively (back to back) there is a small fee of $100. Also if you are combining a month that has not been paid for you will be required to pay the cost of the monthly amount prior to the successful booking. You get the most flexibility with this plan
Enterprise
We offer service plans for large companies and multi family residences as well. Please contact us using the form below to inquire about our business service protection plans. We customize the plans to suit the customers needs to ensure that they are comfortable and happy with the plan and pricing. Unfortunately given the so many variations in commercial and income properties its hard to narrow down price ranges and be fair over such a broad spectrum of possibilities. For AirBnB and customers with only a couple properties or locations the regular plans will be sufficient to cover.
