How Our Service Plans Protect You

Replace an existing ceiling fan or light fixture with a new ceiling fan. To qualify for this price there must be a working fixture already installed or at least a electrical box where the fan is going to go. If there is not and we have to install one there is an added fee, as well as if we must run new wire to the switch which is almost always the case when upgrading from a standard light because in order for the fan to work there usually requires an additional wire. This is not always the case, and you can bypass this if it is by purchasing one with a remote.

Properly anchor and secure the bracket to the wall to ensure that it will not fall once it is installed. Can be installed on any style of wall including plaster walls.

Replace a entry door lock with a smart lock and program it for the customer.

Fix a door that is not closing properly. Either due to hardware or it needing to be shaved to fit the door frame again. Includes painting afterward as well. (Paint not included in cost).

We will try to clear the disposal if it still works. If it is burnt out we will replace it for no additional charge. (New garbage disposal is not included in price.)

This is good for any drain up to 50 feet. If the obstruction is past that then we require a larger snake which is an additional fee of $250. If for some reason we cannot clear it then we do not charge you. There is an additional fee of $250 if we cannot clear the drain with the drain auger we have in our standard equipment. Usually we are able to clear the obstruction with the 50 ft machine.

Depending on the type of furniture and the complexity the price is subject to change. 

We'll empty out the brine tank and place salt in a separate container then sanitize all the parts inside the brine tank. When done we place the salt back in the tank and add salt if necessary. Then we inspect the inside of the main media tank to assess if it needs the media replaced. If it does we will empty and measure how much we need to refill the media tank with, refill it, and dispose of the old media. Price is subject to change depending on the size of the unit and brand of equipment, salt, and media desired.

We will come and clean all your vents, check to ensure the unit is working correctly and has good balances flow. This includes inspecting the units to ensure proper operation and safe use and changing the air filter. Standard home price is $120. For large offices, of larger than normal houses it may be slightly more. We do not refill freeon, but can check to see if it requires refilling.

Tired of your current ceiling light setup? As long as there is an existing ceiling light or a light in the room we will install recessed lights for you! New lighting is a great way to make a room feel and look more modern and also using LED is a great way to cut down your energy bill because they use as much as 90% less power than a regular light bulb. For this we require speaking to you before we can guarantee a price but for rooms with existing ceiling light (even just 1 light) and a working switch we can install up to 8 recessed lights for the starting price.

If you want to have control over your light and are tired of all or nothing then this is the perfect solution. We will replace your current switch with a dimmer switch allowing you to control the brightness of your light. (Dimmer switch not included in price and varies depending on switch type).

If your plugs don't allow you to use 3 prong outlets, or the plug doesn't want to stay in the receptacle anymore then this is the solution for you. We will replace the current plug with new 3 prong outlets, and for bathrooms and kitchens we will upgrade the plugs with GFCI plugs that keep you safe from electric shock. This also includes switch upgrades.
